  1. (most likely) your local device (computer, phone, etc) is "remembering" the old server location of this website (in tech speak: your local device or network has cached the IP address of this website on the OLD server). Simple remedy: CLOSE YOUR BROWSER, give it a few hours, and try again. It sounds unlikely, but that really does resolve the issue most of the time. Rebooting your computer MAY help, but it may not.
  2. your group's DNS system needs manual updating. If you are the owner of this website, email us at support [at] and we'll help you resolve the issue (it's probably something that needs changing at your end, but we can tell you what needs doing).
